Joelle Grogan 

Dr Joelle Grogan is a legal academic, and an expert in the rule of law and crisis governance, and working in the fields of EU law, public law, health law and comparative constitutional law.

​Joelle has an undergraduate degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin where she was elected a Scholar of the University. She graduated with Distinction from the BCL at Oxford University, and also holds a doctorate in law from Oxford University.

​She is currently Senior Researcher (Research Fellow) at UK in a Changing Europe, an independent think tank based at King's College London. She is also Research Fellow at the CEU Democracy Institute, Co-Director of The Good Lobby Profs, and Creator of Sticky Tricky Law. She was previously Senior Lecturer in Law at Middlesex University London (2016-2022) and Director of the FinTech startup, InferStat (2020-2022).
